Our counselors are here to meet you where you are and support you holistically through the journey of where you would like to be. We understand the demands of motherhood, relationships, careers, care-giving, growing a family, finances and other areas can leave you feeling anxious, worthless, depressed, overwhelmed, or even contribute to trouble sleeping and other health issues. We provide a safe space where you can be yourself and overcome any challenge you’re facing.

We’re proud to introduce the HER Wellness Passport! Sometimes self-care means counseling and sometimes it means feeling beautiful from the inside out. We’re partnering with several female-owned businesses in Kansas City to bring you discounts, freebies and incentives for an exclusive wellness experience.
Through this initiative, our goal is to provide you with amazing wellness opportunities while also supporting our fellow female business owners in the Kansas City area! Although our doors won’t be opening until 2021, you can still snag your own Wellness Passport and get started on your wellness journey.
