OUR SERVICES
Urgent Care/Same-Day Services
Access to quality mental health care has continued to be an obstacle for many and is a deterrent to initiating and engaging in counseling services. The Counseling Collaborative provides an expedited path to health and wellness by offering same-day services to clients for the following:
anxiety
relationship discord
motherhood or miscarriage
sudden grief and loss
career stressors
family concerns
stress surrounding change
mood issues
assessment for additional services
increased mental health symptoms (not life-threatening)
At this time, same-day service appointments are only available on Tuesdays 10 am - 2 pm. Availability is first come, first served. Please call to schedule an appointment!
Be prepared to be heard and supported in a place designed for women, by women.
What the Urgent Care and Same-Day service is NOT able to offer:
Crisis Stabilization
Emergency Care & Treatment
Medication Services
Services for threat of harm to self or others
The best way to understand the difference between URGENT & EMERGENCY Same- Day Services is to consider the medical model. Emergency Rooms are for those with life-threatening symptoms or issues. Urgent Care Walk-in Clinics can address acute, non-life threatening situations and symptoms.
If you are in a psychiatric crisis and/or are experiencing suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, psychosis, under the influence of substances or are not medically stable you should immediately contact one of the following:
